To register on-line follow the registration procedures
below.

On-line Registration
Procedures: To register for the
first time click the Register for the First Time link below. The online
registration system will open in a new window. To access your
reservation at any time you can come back to this registration
page and click on the Access/Modify link below. You will
need to provide the username and password that you created when
you registered.

Information: Please
complete the name, address and phone information for the first
traveler and then click Add Additional Travelers
to input information for your guest. Please use your legal name.
TSA has implemented Secure Flight. Secure Flight collects
additional information such as birth date and name exactly as it
appears on your government issued Photo ID. You are
required to provide this information or boarding could be
denied. Please include your birthday in the space provided
for each traveler. For more information on Secure Flight

During the registration
process you will be asked to provide your Agency Name, address
and URL. Please provide this information in the space
provided.
- Confirmation: A
summary screen of your registration will be displayed. Click
Print Registration to print your confirmation.
- To Access
Your Record: Click
Access Modify Trip on the first page of the Web
Site and enter the password you entered when you registered.

For your convenience Dental
Select will report this trip on your behalf. You will receive a
separate 1099 in January of 2011. Please click on the
W-9 Form
link here, complete and then return the form to the fax number
below to finalize the required documentation.
